Textmate Crime

Description

The police arrested the 32-year old suspect after a 16-year old girl him as the textmate who raped her during their meet-up.

Although they had only known each other for a weeks, the girl agreed on meeting him for some drinks at his home. Together with friends, she went to suspect's house where he offered them with gin.

Drunk from gin, the high school student fell asleep on the couch while her friends reportedly went out to buy food.

The victim woke up when the suspect sexually abusing her. She was weak and was not able to escape from suspect's clutches. It was only after the act was done that the young girl was able to escape. She immediately ran outside. She and her friends made their escape.

Upon arriving home, the victim told to her sister that she was raped. They went to the police station and reported the crime. The suspect arrested at his house, later on.

The victim underwent medical examination after she gave her statement to the police. The girl's camp believe DNA from the medical examination will be a strong evidence against the alleged rapist. The family file a case against the suspect at the city prosecutor's office.
