Description
a 28-year-old woman was taking a shower inside a bathroom of the Department of the Interior and Local Government building around 10:30 p.m. when she noticed a mobile phone at the window, its camera focused on her.The woman then screamed to get the attention of the guard but the latter did not respond promptly.
When the guard showed up, he allegedly just retrieved the phone from the window and left.
The woman then called her co-employees and asked them to report the matter to the police.
