Based on the victim’s statement, she met factory worker, last June 11 in Recto, Manila after a month of exchanging text messages and calls.The girl was supposed to submit her college requirements, but was encouraged by the suspect to postpone it. Dulay then brought the victim to Meycauayan, Bulacan where the victim was first raped.
