Hoax Recruiter

Description

A senior citizen shared that her niece received a text message regarding an opening for international employment. After several hesitations, she went ahead and met with the person who texted. They talked and after knowing more information about the employment, the niece prepared PhP20,000 for her partial payment of the placement fee. When she gave it, the sender/supposed to be recruiter was nowhere to be found.
